NYC Real Estate Leader Dean Britton

Based in New York City, Dean Britton serves as the managing principal of AIA Terra Partners. He previously spent time as the chief financial officer of Broadway Real Estate Partners, a Class A office investor, and as chief operating officer of the Deutsche Bank CMBS lending unit. Prior to his work with Deutsche Bank, he developed new securitization products with Nomura Securities. Dean Britton began his career with MONY Life Insurance Company, where he gained experience in areas of debt and equity originations, workouts, and asset management. Mr. Britton is a cum laude graduate of the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey. His high school extracurricular activities included varsity wrestling, lead roles in multiple theater productions, and a lead tenor role with the school’s vocal group, the Peddie Singers. He attended Brown University as an undergraduate studying biomedical ethics, while also taking part in numerous clubs and campus groups. After receiving his bachelor of arts, Mr. Britton studied real estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
